Day 3: Something you wore
The weather is decidedly summery, and I am already longing for chill of winter. I despise heat and humidity, and I display my objections to the weather by refusing to dress appropriately. Today, it was 88 degrees. And I wore my beloved Steve Madden boots.
I picked these up at Macy’s a few years back and I have more than gotten my money out of them. They go with everything–skinny jeans, skirts, dresses. They are the first pair of flat boots I ever bought, and I did not expect to love them so much. If I could get away with it, I would wear boots year-round. Alas, yet another reason to move to Vermont. Or Colorado.

Interesting, my picture for this day was also my shoes. I am in the southern hemisphere so I had open toe pumps on!!! The boots have to come out very soon though 😦 Winter is knocking

Then we need to just be fashion trendsetters and make boots look super cool in the summer. 🙂
